My name is Julie Raymond. I am the founder of Journey Health And Fitness. I wanted to create an atmosphere where women can feel safe and empowered To make them happy, confident and strong. I want to be there for women who want to commit to bringing about change in their lives and discover their true potential.
I have over 30 years of fitness experience as either an athlete, a personal trainer, sports coach and an L2 CrossFit trainer. My experience can get you the results you deserve. After having 2 kids I became a national fitness competitor and a masters regional CrossFit competitor. I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice.
I served an amazing career as a Police Officer while Personal Training on the side. After retiring I opened my own CrossFit gym and helped so many people reach their goals.
